the commercial 45 issued as a&m 2731 states that the run time is 4:47 but it actually runs 4:55 and is identical to the version from the cd "classics volume 9" except that the cd version fades out 0:08 earlier......the guys at a&m probably saw the 4:47 run time listed on the 45 and made the edit/fade based on this incorrect running time....this should be noted in the db....AARON....THANKS FOR THE HELP ON THIS ONE!!!!

This info was never added to the database, but the only CD with the 45 version should read "45 version faded :08 early."

did you re-create the 45 version using the full lp version or did you just extend the already made 45 version from the classics cd when you made the proper fade for me....

I tacked on part of the LP version to the version on Classics. I did check the version on that CD to make sure everything else matched the 45.
