Does anybody know if the short DJ edit of Stevie Nicks' "Edge Of Seventeen" is actually an edit or a remix?
Is the short edit available on any import CDs?
If it's just an edit, can someone list the edit points?
Thanks for any help you can offer!
(EDIT) On second glance, I'm unclear on whether the short edit is 4:10 or 4:30, & whether the DJ version & the commercial 45 were different... Could somebody also take a look & see how that should be clarified?
THANKS!!!

DJ and commercial are the same. Both run 4:30; both are listed at 4:10.

Thanks for the info, AaronK; I was unclear from the database entry. :-)
I made a guess that the intro is edited & then faded out at the 4:30 mark... can anyone confirm this is the only edit?
Thanks, as always, for your help!

You're welcome! I don't actually know where the edits are, though. I didn't do my own edit. I have one of the compilations listed in the database.

How to make the commercial 45 and the promotional 45 short side from the LP version. (I used a Japanese released vinyl LP "Bella Donna.")
:00.000-:02.797 (keep)
:02.798-:07.174 (remove)
:07.175-1:28.188 (keep)
1:28.189-2:19.656 (remove) From: "sings" of "sings a song, sounds like she`s singing, ooh, ooh, ooh"lyric.
2:19.657-end (keep)
The long version side of the U.S. promo is the "Previously unreleased live version." This is the same as the B/W of the commercial 45.
Pat: The database indicates (dj copies of this 45 ran (4:10) not (4:30) as stated on the record label and (5:57); .....)
It should be added an explanation as "live version" to (5:57).
FYI
The actual running time of the Canadian commercial 45 is "3:38".
