Was listening to the radio and noticed that this song has a clean edit which removes the language by changing the words. Can anyone confirm that NOW 99 in the UK has this version? Here in the USA I don't see this particular version available, only the explicit one.

Ed, the "s" word is used a few times throughout the song.

Ed,
I recently got a "super clean edit" which basically says iz it instead of the s word and deletes the beeping that was done later in the song even on the explicit track. That is the one they play on the radio.
The regular clean edit that still has the beep that is in the album version can be found on one of the more recent NOW 99.
