Anyone know if the 45 version of this fantastic hit ever made a CD release? I was curious it was a very low rung hit in 1985. Even with the proper promotion this period of her music seems to be ignored a lot.
Just putting my two cents in, but this is one of my favorite Simon songs. It has constantly got short changed on her compilations and releases.
I know she was on Sony Epic for this one album and then Coming Around Again vaulted her back into the Top 20.
The 45 is an edit of the LP version according to Aaron.

I do not have this CD but apparently the album was reissued
in the UK in 2012 and that reissue has four bonus tracks
including the single version of "Tired Of Being Blonde." I
discovered this after reading this thread. The one copy
listed on discogs is currently selling for over $686. That
seller is bonkers.
