Hitting #24 in 2009 the Whitburn annual has the studio version as the "hit" timing at 2:52.
However my understanding is the 3:22 "Live" version is the hit, not the studio version.
Can anyone clarify or was in radio back then. The live performance is by far better than the studio performance. However it has been lost to time and its been 16 years since it was available digitally. Thanks to Ed I was able to have it. But it would help if there was some definitive source. While I generally follow Whitburn's annual this appears a case where it appears the studio version was not the hit. Anyone want to chime in?
