the tracks that run around 4:19 should be designated the 45 version because the tracks that run 4:10 are truncated by the following song.......the cassingle states a version as the "barcelona lp fade" and runs 4:19

Hi ed!
My Pop Annual (1955-1994) indicates the time of this song as 4:09. Is this an incorrect timing? Would a vinyl 45 have run 4:09, even though the cassingle was 4:19?

whitburn's pop annual understates the run time on cassingles about 85% of the time......i would NOT rely on whitburn's printed run time from his books..........in my experience a/b'ing cassingles versus their cd counterparts, they run fast almost always..........just a note/warning....
