Any way to extract the 45 from the LP version (LP runs roughly (4:13), 45s show a printed time of (3:14))? The Greatest Hits On Earth CD jacket shows a running time of (3:57)--it does run roughly (4:13) on that particular CD, however.

"Love's Lines, Angles And Rhymes" by The 5th Dimension from 1971.

Paul covered it--couldn't fit "The 5th Dimension" in the subject header and I should have included them in the message body.

Sorry for the mix-up. We now return you to your local stations.

We have a few new members since I posted this, so I'm bumping this up to see if anyone might have some further info on the possibility of extracting the 45 of the Fifth Dimension's "Love's Lines, Angles and Rhymes" from the LP (Ed has already let me know he does not have the vinyl 45--so I throw it open to the rest of the room).

Thanks.

Can anyone please identify the edit points for this song?
Thanks in advance.

One edit--cut about 44 seconds from the "that touches your heart" at about (2:33) to the "that touches your heart" at about (3:17).

Doug, that's very close, but the actual edit on the 45 falls between the words "that" and "touches." If you were to edit it prior to the word "that," you'd end up with a more drawn-out, multi-syllable "that" rather than the correct, single-note quickie one.

Good catch. Thanks.
