Is there a stereo version of this (that is not narrow?).
I noticed according to Pat every release is mono.

Nope. It was never recorded in stereo.
There are some fake stereo version out there ("electronically rechanneled...", etc.) Best to go with straight mono.

It's from "The London Sessions" album and was recorded at the Lancaster Arts Festival. Even on the long LP version, there is almost no stereo separation apart from some ambient reverb
(mostly in the right channel). Since Chuck's vocal and guitar might get buried (no pun intended) in the mix if they had any stereo panning applied, I think they decided it best to just
keep it all locked in the center.
