Our commercial 45 copy of "Do You Wanna Dance?" by The Beach Boys (Capitol 5372) states a time of (2:25), but actually runs (2:19).

Can anyone confirm if the 45 runs :02-:03 slower than the LP?

I've now listened to a commercial 45 copy of The Beach Boys' "Do You Wanna Dance?" and it has an actual run time of 2:17, not 2:25 as stated on the record label. FYI, the 45 speed and length is identical in every way to the song as it appears on The Beach Boys The Greatest Hits Volume 1 CD (Capitol 21860). Given that the 2:17 length is in line with the song's run time on pretty much every CD in the database, I no longer suspect a significant speed difference, if there's even any at all, between the 45 and LP.
