The "remix LP version" is merely the 12" disco version. The 12" ran about
7:14 even thought the label said 6:59.
If the LP pressing using the disco mix actually ran 6:59, then I'd assume
it's an early fade of the 12" disco mix. But you'd need someone with a 2nd
pressing LP on vinyl to confirm that. It may actually run 7:14 on the vinyl
LP.
This was just one of MANY disco hits that year where they changed the album
to include the 12" disco mix over its previous LP version once the disco
mix became the top 40 hit. The original LP version was a 5:12 length of the
"pop" version. That was on the B-side of the 12" single.

Mark (or anyone) - the original 5:12 LP version of the "pop mix" has never made it to CD, has it?
