   A lower rung in 1979 I'm having an issue knowing whether the 45 promo 3:09 can be made from LP version that is dubbed.

The original 45 is 7:14 for which it is not on CD. However I have a dub and can confirm its runs 7:14.

The b-side of the 45 promo however contains the 3:09.
