although not in the db because of it's low bb peak chart
position of #32 in 2005 does anyone know much about this
song.....the whitburn book states the run time is 4:43
but that would line up with the remix, but his books
don't list the featured artist.....i just acquired the
import cd single issued as machete music 9883425 and it
contains the below tracks...
1-gasolina (no listed; 3:13 actual)
2-machete
3-gasolina remix feat n.o.r.e., gemstar & big mato (no
listed; 4:49 actual)...
does anyone have a promo cd single for this snog that
they could lists the details.......i'm trying to figure
which version was the hit version or which one was
played more on air...
the billboard charts from that time period also don't
include the featured artists in the
credits.....bizarre...

Ed, don't have my hard drive attached at this moment,
but online, TM Studios lists the file I have as running
3:12. My guess track 1 on your import single is the same
i have.

Ed,
After exhaustive research I've determined that the Whitburn annual is incorrect. There is no CD promo in the United States with a 4:43 version on it.
The 3:12 was sent to Primecuts and TM Studios. Since it was 2005 that is good enough for me to determine it is the hit version. The 4:43 is most likely a remix and like Ed said the Billboard Charts dont show a featured artist.
So Ed fix your assembly and matrix and put the 3:13 actual.
