No, it's the Immaculate Collection Q-sound mix. "Lucky Star" is the only one of her singles that has never appeared on CD in its 45 version. All the others were either available on the promo CD singles or on the OOP Japanese "Madonna - CD Singles Collection."
Though it is available in a full digital version, from tape, on the digital audio track of the old "Immaculate Collection" laserdisc video, accompanying the video, of course. (It is NOT on the DVD -- they use an edit of the dance mix.) Sound quality is slightly dull, with a pretty hissy fadeout (no blackout, just fades out to hiss), but you can improve it by loading it on the PC and tweaking it.

I don't own the Snatch soundtrack, but Steven Caraco, who runs the subscription-only MadonnaCatalog.com, of which I'm a member, told me the Snatch version is the Q-sound remix, AKA The Immactulate Collection version.
The running time on the Snatch soundtrack isn't even close to the running time on the 45. The Snatch version, according to All Music, runs 3:31, which IS close to the Immaculate Collection version at 3:36.
I own the 45, and the actual run time is 3:51, even though it says 3:44 on the label.
The closest you'll get on CD is The Immaculate Collection.

The database contains the comment "45 version faded :09 early; remixed in Q sound." This comment should be changed to "neither the 45 nor LP version; remixed in Q sound." The edits on this version do not match the 45 version, so you cannot use it as a guide to create your own from the LP version.

Sounds like the 45 version but faded about 10 seconds
early. My copy of the 45 version runs 3:50.

For anyone interested in re-creating the single version from the LP version (based on the above YouTube video):
Remove 0:15 - 0:23
Remove 0:22 - 0:30
Remove 2:04 - 2:20
Remove 3:09 - 3:26
Remove 3:50 - end of file
...and fade to taste.
Some of these edits are rough, but they're all in the single version... it's not a remix, just a razor blade taken to the tape.

You're right that it's a straight edit of the LP version, but I'm not sure if the YouTube video is 100% accurate. It looks to be someone's homemade edit based on the original 45. It may be correct, but it's hard to say what the source is.

This video from a vinyl source has the abrupt edit circa 3:08 (about 3:17 in the video, there's 10 seconds of silence at the outset). The last audible lyric is "alright", as in "starlight, starbright you make everything alright". Is this the correct fade?

I have discussed this with Aaron and he rightly pointed out that the
original 45 has a pretty abrupt edit point at about 3:08 (after the
background vocals...everyting al-riiight). The YouTube video (taken
from the "Celebration" compilation is a newly created edit which
does have a smoother edit point since those background vocals line
make the transition past the edit point, unlike the original 45. The
recreated edit can be argued is a better edit but it is not the
originally released 45 version. Here's one of the YouTube sources
for the original edit.

On the version I created....the alright doesn't appear until 3:16....not sure if
this is the celebration version or not.
Nevermind.....forgot that my version has 8 seconds of silence that I never
edited out so it matches the video version you provide....seems like the
same....

I compared the two and you are right. The newer Celebration version is
better edited at the 3:08 mark but it isn't the true 45 version which has a
more abrupt ending in the word alright.

And the newer edited version has a longer fade than the 45 version.

The 7" version is now available on streaming and download.
People say it is accurate, but there is some question about
the fade being longer. It is remastered, but the concensus
is it's not jarring.
