Hey folks,
I've been having a blast reading and making playlists of
Billboard Top Single Picks - a page in every issue of
Billboard with the week's picks - starting in 1980.
I've been relying on the World Radio History archive, but
unfortunately, so far two issues (4/19/80 and 4/26/80)
have the Top Single Picks page missing. Could anyone help
me with an image, or list of songs, on those pages?
I've also checked Google Books and Internet Archive with
no luck, and the databases my public library provides
access to only have Billboard back to 1991.
Thank you!

Where I work we have access to ProQuest online which has a huge amount of
publications. One includes Billboard so please see below the two pages.

I think these are the ones your looking for.
EDIT: Edited to try and make the links work. They should if copied into a web browser. Any issues with them please check for odd additional spaces.

kingofskiffle, thank you! I was able to access the files
after removing the spaces from the URL. Much appreciated!
I've been calculating the "batting average" of Billboard
based on their Picks (predicted to hit 1-30) and Recommends
(predicted to hit 31-100). From January 5 through March 15
1980, they're batting 43/152 (.282) on Pop Singles.
So far the only Pick to completely fail to chart is KC and
the Sunshine Band's Let's Go Rock and Roll (although it did
reach #89 in Record World).

Both of those links give me a pop-up that says I need to sign in with either Google or Apple (whatever that means) in order to view
it.

I think that's because it adds spaces every so often... I did try and do it without
but I got issues.

This was around the time that TK Records was in the process
of going belly up.
