The database indicates that all stereo versions (except the one on “Amazing
Early '60s Box”) are missing the guitar overdub. Can anyone confirm what
stereo mix appears on the 1960 parent LP “Good Timin’:

I would tend to assume it is the dry mix without the guitar overdub. Maybe
some of the database entries are really the stereo LP version.
I find this song a tough call as to whether the guitar is missing in those stereo
mixes, or just mixed way down. Sometimes, I think I hear it.

David, the parent LP contains the "underdub" stereo mix. for the "Amazing Box" we remixed it to include the missing guitar and also the correct reverb matching the mono mix.
If I recall, it's an acoustic guitar overdub. When I am home I'll confirm that for you.
And yes, other Cd's simply released the stereo LP version because that's all Universal has, besides the mono mix.

David, I confirmed, the mono mix overdub is an acoustic
guitar. It is strumming in the same rhythm as the
percussion so you have to listen close to hear it. Hope
that helps.
