I am having trouble locating a copy of the digital download of Kanye West's recent release "The Life Of Pablo". Anyone know of a site that offers this digital album? Since 2 songs ("Father Stretch My Hands" and "Famous") charted on Billboard from this album back in April there must be some way to obtain this album.

Kanye has currently made it streaming only. It can't be
downloaded.
I guess it was briefly available as a download.
Billboard: "'The Life of Pablo' was initially
released on Feb. 13 via Tidal’s streaming service, and
briefly as a commercial download via West’s official
website."
Which is a stupid move because people will just seek out
copies illegally. He's actually being sued right now in
a class action lawsuit because he said initially it would
only be available on Tidal and nowhere else, then six
weeks later it was indeed available elsewhere.

I actually bought the album (as a download only) from his official website back when it first charted. I believe that it's still available for purchase there.

It's on his website https://music.kanyewest.com/ for $20.
If you're trying to obtain the hit mixes though, that's probably a different
discussion. The album is supposed to be a "a living breathing changing
creative expression" (those are Kanye's words) and he's updated the mixes
since the original release. I suppose the "hit" versions are the ones that were
available when the album was first made available for streaming on Apple
and Spotify on April 1, 2016. The mixes were slightly different (including
some different lyrics on "Famous") from when they first came out on Tidal.
No idea if he's updated them again since then.

Well, "Famous" was just released as a single for sale today. From the reading I've done, it looks like no tweaking has been done since March 30th, but one track was recently added, the final, 20th track on the album. So "Famous" should be the charted version.

I did just download the single "Famous". If anyone can pass along the running time of "Father Stretch My Hands" I would love to add it to the database.

My DJ music subscription service, TM Studios, sent me a
copy labeled as "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1 & 2
[Super Clean]" with a run time of 4:25.
Was there an official promo version released?

Technically, the "song" is titled "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1" (running 2:16). The "song" that follows it is simply titled "Pt. 2" (running 2:10) and that's how Billboard shows it on the charts, as two separate tracks.

Paul,
Then technically, Part 1 is the actual hit?

Mediabase just lists it as "Father Stretch My Hands" (no Pt. 1 and/or Pt. 2 designation). I haven't heard it on the radio yet to know if both parts are getting played. "Pt. 2" is essentially a good chunk of "Panda" by Desiigner with Kanye in auto-tune on top of it.

That is correct. On the Hot 100, "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1" peaked at #37 and "Pt. 2" peaked at #54. I also haven't heard it on the radio yet, but it wouldn't surprise me if some stations are playing both together as they are both such short "songs".
BTW, Kanye just did a 40 MINUTE remix of the "song" for use at a recent fashion show. I'm sure Brian W. would love to hear that one!
