This song reached #35 in Billboard and I noticed that the single is listed in "Pop Annual" as 3:35, while the album version is 3:45. Can anyone verify that the single simply fades 10 seconds early, or is there an edit?

Gordon, I'm currently timing 1977's Top 40 hits, but I hadn't gotten to the #35 peakers yet, so I just "bumped it up in line" for you. My commercial 45 has a listed time of (3:35), but an actual time of (3:44). So it appears the answer to your question is "neither" - it is simply a listed time error on the 45.

Gordon, Jim's observations (3:35 stated vs. 3:44 actual) are also the same on the CSG stereo DJ 45.

This one is not in the database (it missed the top 40 on both Cash Box and Record World). Is there a difference between the LP and 45? If so, what are the differences please? Thanks in advance for any helpful info.
