I hadn't listened to the full-length album The Skills Dat Pay Da Bills in years. I just had it on this evening, and it looks like there should be a designation of 45 version or LP version for each of the CDs listed in the database. I forgot that the LP version contains spoken dialogue at the beginning. All other copies I have ever heard omit the spoken dialogue at the beginning. The line I am referring to says, "Man, I can't f---ing believe this. How can the same s--t happened to the same guy twice?"
This line is taken from the movie Die Hard 2, and in the context of the song, it is a reference to Positive K's earlier single called "I'm Not Havin' It." This early Positive K track, released in the 1989, features MC Lyte. The chorus is basically a back-and-forth between Positive K and MC Lyte, where he says, "Excuse me miss," and she says, "I'm not havin' it." Both of those lines are also referenced in the song "I Got A Man" at the end, just before the fade out.
