My mono stock copy features an extra piano overdub during the introduction not heard on the stereo LP version. So the entry for Johnny Rivers Anthology should be "LP version edited in an unsuccessful attempt at re-creating the 45 version"
I don't know if the entry needs to say "Stereo LP version edited" as I don't have a mono LP to know if the piano overdub was on it, if a mono LP was even pressed in 1967.

There was a commercial LP pressing of "Rewind". It has the same lack of a piano overdub as the Stereo LP. Scarcer than the Stereo LP.
