While not a top 40 hit it did get some airplay here, I'm having trouble remembering whether the 2:59 radio edit was the hit or the 4:30 Bad Boy version with Big Pun and Fat Joe was the hit.
Anyone know?

The song was a top 40 hit on CHR radio, peaking at #24
in Radio & Records. At the station where I worked, we
didn't play the song long enough for a specific edit to
be ingrained in my memory, but I can say fairly
positively we played a non-rap edit. It most definitely
was not the Bad Boy Remix.

Likewise, I don't recall which version we played, but I
really doubt we played one with rap in it either. It
might have been "edit 3" from the promo CD.

The few times I remember hearing it on the local Top 40
station, it was a non-rap version.
