I noticed there was a 3:50 version of this song. Anyone know if it actually times in or is it actually the 4:05 version ?

I believe I have a copy of that disc, which is the commercial CD single (not promo). The promo CD (ARPCD-3984) has the "Radio Edit" and actually runs 4:07 (printed time 4:05).

You are right. The commercial one I referenced above runs 3:49, which is a shorter edit than the 4:05.
