This song is from the cd "Don't Fight The Feelin" and I only have the parental advisory edition. Was this cd ever issued in a censored version and if so what is the catalog number?

To my knowledge, the album Don't Fight The Feelin' was never issued in a clean version. I have the PA version on cassette. I also have the CD maxi singles of "Player's Club" and "I'll Be Around" from this album, and the lead tracks on both are censored versions.
Also, "Player's Club" has more than one censored version on the maxi single; at least two of them are the same mix and length, except different words are censored. I believe one of them removes the word "ass" while the other does not. Without having access to my single at the moment, I can't tell you which is which.

It seems that Rappin' 4-Tay's 1994 album, "Don't Fight the Feelin'", which features his top 40 hits "Playaz Club" (1994) and "I'll Be Around" (1995), does indeed exist in two different versions, although it has nothing to do w/ censored & uncensored pressings. The 10th edition of Pat's book (and I assume the on-line database) shows only the Chrysalis/EMI-distributed re-issue of "Don't Fight the Feelin'" on Rag Top 30889. (I don't own the CD myself, but according to Amazon, that version has 16 tracks...)
However, while perusing eBay this morning, I came across a listing for a used copy of the original indie pressing of the CD on Rag Top, before it was picked up by Chrysalis/EMI. (According to the seller, the original has only 14 tracks, lacking "The Gift" and an instrumental version of "Playaz Club", which were added to the Chrysalis/EMI re-issue. Of course, it also has a different UPC [bar] code and catalog no. The seller seems very knowledgeable about the two different versions, BTW...)
So we clearly have a situation similar to what happened w/ Vanilla Ice, as I exposed here several months ago, and this original indie version of "Don't Fight the Feelin'" clearly belongs in the database. I'm not a huge Rappin' 4-Tay fan (only own the commercial CD maxi-single of "I'll Be Around", and that's likely as far as I'll ever go), so I don't know if these original versions of "Playaz Club" and "I'll Be Around" are different mixes/recordings from those found on the Chrysalis/EMI re-issue, but there's always a chance. I have no intention of bidding on this CD myself, so if Pat or someone else who frequents this site wants to grab it (no bids yet as I type this, but ends in only a little more than 13 hours), it is item #130222217045...

A rare US promo CD single was issued for "Playaz Club" and contains the following:
Rag Top/EMI Records (no catalog number but says "4TAY" in CD matrix)
1. Album Version (listed 4:15; actual 4:22)
2. Clean Version (listed 4:15; actual 4:22)
Although track 1 is labeled "Album Version," it does contain some censored lyrics. The word "ass" is left uncensored on the chorus. Track 2, the "Clean Version," censors the word "ass" on the chorus.
