I found a copy of David Lasley's 1982 album Missin' Twenty Grand on cd on an import from Japan. It contains his one and only Top 40 hit, "If I Had My Wish Tonight". It clocks in at 3:33. Great CD quality.

It turns out David Lasley's Missin' Twenty Grand is also available on CD in the U.S., albeit only directly through Lasley's website at www.davidlasley.com. The price of the CD is a bit expensive at $24, but it does cover shipping costs. This is an authentic factory-pressed aluminum CD (not a CD-R) in excellent sound quality and on it, the Top 40 hit "If I Had My Wish Tonight" has a run time of 3:32. There is no bar code printed anywhere on the CD packaging and the only thing resembling a catalog number is located on the lower left corner of the back paper tray insert, where it says "Zacoda 2001". It'll be Pat's call if he thinks this CD is worthy of inclusion in the database.
