This is still another example of a record label trying to make radio think the length of a song is shorter than it actually is, to more easily gain airplay. Both sides of my promo 45 show a listed time of (3:37), but just below this info, it states "Fade :28". To get the "complete" time of the 45, you need to add the two of these together, which comes out to (4:05). By coincidence, (4:05) is the listed time for my commercial 45. My actual timing for all of these comes in (:01) shorter than that. The (4:04) actual time is consistent with current entries in the database. So, despite what at first glance APPEARS to be the case, there is, in fact, NO shorter promo 45 version for this song.
