I have heard that the single version is different from the album version. Does anyone know what the differences are? Can the single version be found anywhere besides the original 45? I believe that the music video uses the 45 version but unfortunately Amy Grant didn't include that one on her DVD release.

Thank you edtop40! I can't believe it's been a year since I asked this question!
I actually have the "Collection" CD as well as the CD of the original album the song was on "Unguarded." I just did a comparison and I can't find any noticable difference between the two. The version on "Collection" sounds a bit louder and brighter, but I cannot tell any instrumentation or lyric differences. I did notice that on "Collection" the song fades at 3:26 while on "Unguarded" it runs 3:27.
I'm going to presume that the single version and album version must have been identical, contrary to what I had read before about it being different.
Thanks again for the info.

It's always good to know we don't have to add another 45 version to our "Wish Lists". ;-)
