My promo 45 has a listed & actual (4:08) "Single Version" on one side of it, and is exactly the same as what's on my listed & actual (4:08) commercial 45. The other side of my promo 45 has a "Single Version With Short Intro", however. This side has both a listed & actual time of (3:55).

Does anybody know what edits are required to create the "Single version with short intro" version, running 3:55?

This was also on a promotional compact disc, VASK 1164, as well as an import maxi CD (renamed there as "US Edit").

Remember to start with the single version which has a unique intro that differs from the album version.
Cut from just before the beat that begins with a cymbal crash around the 6 second mark across to the beat/cymbal crash at the 19 second mark.
(I hope that makes sense)
