The Beach Boys US Singles collection is coming June 10th and at least one website is listing the contents showing "I Get Around" (Stereo) as one of the cuts.
It also shows stereo for "When I Grow Up To Be A Man" and "Dance Dance Dance. "
I don't know if these will be complete mixes or missing some overdubs.
This box set covers 1962-1965.

Any stereo mix of I Get Around will be a sync up of the stereo backing track (missing the lead guitar) and the full mono mix. I've heard the version Capitol was given, and it's very good, but folding it to mono doesn't make it sound anything near the hit, but that's quite alright...if i want the mono mix, it's available plenty of places.

No, it will have stereo separation, and it is not like a double-tracked backing track either, it just wont match the mono mix -- but that's okay, about 95% of stereo mixes don't match their mono mixes. of the remaining 5%, many are 2-track mixes that were folded down for mono 45's, or were stereo mixes that came out before the mono mixes did where the mono mixes were mono fold-downs.

It's released today and appears to simply be a stereo instrumental.

My commercial 45, confirmed as Capitol 5174, has a listed time of (2:12)
and an actual time of (2:14). Deadwax info is a machine-stamped "45-
51840-P1". I only post this info because there are a gazillion different db
CDs that include this song, with times ranging from (2:06) to (2:13). For the
sake of accuracy, you may want to perhaps opt for the CDs that have the
song run longer, rather than shorter.
