I'm pretty certain I have a promo CD for this one at home. I can post details if anyone is interested.

My copy has just a white back insert with no text anywhere on it. The disc is 2621-2-RDJ and has:
1. Single Edit 4:43
2. LP Version 5:10

The actual vinyl 45's running time is (4:42), the listed time is "4:43"(single edit) (RCA 2621-7-R)
