although not in the db because it was an airplay hit only, peaking at number 40 in the spring of 1995.....i was wondering which version was played most on the radio...i have two cd single with different tracks as listed below
promo cd single trauma trd-010-2
1-radio edit (4:03)
2-album edit (4:39)
france import cd single a8196cd 6544-95781-2
1-everything zen (video edit)
2-bad (non lp bonus track)
3-monkey (lp version)
4-everything zen (lp version)
funny thing about the "radio edit" version from the promo cd single, it contains the word "asshole" at the 0:35 mark of the track......is that permissible on the radio??

after sending john a copy of the video edit of the song from my import cd single, it actually comes up listed in itunes as the radio edit and not the video edit as stated on the insert......the "asshole" word at the 0:35 is actually scrambled on this version......so the usa promo cd single is actually dirty......

There might be more than one promo CD. My college station had the promo CD for it, and I remember "ass" being reversed/scrambled on that promo. Also, TM Century's library has the "ass" backwards. No pun intended.

The promo CD single that I own for "Everything Zen" is different than the one that Ed has detailed in his original post. Here are the details of my promo:
