On this Saturday night, anyone know how to create the 3:38 45 length of "Saturday Night?"

I don't have the parent LP "Spirit" and the LP sources from the U.S.. The Japanese pressing of "The best of EW& F. vol. II " has "speaking" from 3:26. However, the U.S. commercial 45 doesn't have it. If the U.S. LP is the same as the "Best of vol. II" Japan CD. "Saturday Nite" needs "version" designation.

I believe this thread should result in a database update as well, as from what
I also hear, there are mumbling vocals from 3:26 on the LP version that the
45 does not have. Pat, does the CD "Don't Take Your Love – Six Great Hits"
resemble the 45?

Yes David, the cd "Don't Take Your Love" does feature the 45 version of Saturday Night.
