in whitburns books he states that the tom petty song "change of heart" was originally issued with a picture sleeve but i have never seen one...what i have is a clear plastic slip case with a sticker on it that states "tom petty and the heartbreakers change of heart b/w heartbreakers beach party (previously unreleased) bsr-52181"....does anyone have a true picture sleeve for this vinyl 45?...if not then this is what whitburn lists as a picture sleeve??....anyone??

The picture sleeve was released with the black vinyl edition. The red vinyl edition was released with that clear plastic slip case. I have 'em both.
