I wanted to add that the "Clean Album Version" is not the same as the version found on the clean, full-length CD. On the full-length clean album, they completely mute the song in a couple spots (music and all). On the promo CD single, they have attempted to insert the music backing track in the spots where the muted spots are on the album. (I say "attempted" because it's pretty off-beat, as if it were a project done by the interns.)

Can anyone tell me what the difference between the Timber Mix and the Album Mix and which one was played on the radio?

Thanks.

The Clean Timber Mix received the most airplay, and the uncensored Timber Mix was the lead track on the commercial 2-track CD single. The two versions have the same vocal take, but the music is different between the two.

I have a Razor & Tie collection called Monsta Flava, (2003) which has a version I have never heard before.

In the parts where the background, "DJ" is counting off the 1,2,3,4 and "Gonna gonna get down...", It's laced with static, like vinyl pops.
This version makes no attempt to mute or scrub out parts like the Clean Timber Mix does. Is this the LP Version? (3:33)

Edit: and side note... RIP Coolio.

Yes, the version that has all the vinyl crackle is the LP version. When the song was a hit, at least initially, we played the clean album version from the full length clean CD. I can't recall if we switched over to the Clean Timber Mix or not.
