For those of you who have not heard, Andrew Gold passed away this weekend at the age of 59. "Lonely Boy" is without a doubt one one of my favorites of all time and I was really saddened to hear of his death at such a young age.
Upon hearing of Andrew's passing,

....I was talking to friend of mine about "Thank You For Being A Friend" and he mentioned that there were two different versions of the 45. Sure enough, when I looked into the database, it is clearly noted:
"there are two different pressings of the commercial 45 - the actual running time of one of the commercial 45's is (3:57) not (4:41) as stated on the record label while the other states and runs (4:41))"
My question is this......Since the LP also states a run time of 4:41, is there a difference between the LP version and the 2nd 45 version?
BTW, sorry if there is a thread on this but I didn't see it when I searched.
Thanks.
