Discogs has a label scan of both sides of a 1968 Elektra 45635 promo 45.
It includes the "won't you tell me your name?" in the title, and is in stereo.
However, I have just acquired a 1968 Elektra 45635 mono promo 45. This
was the only 1968 mono source of this song that I am currently aware of.
It has the shorter song title, a listed time of (2:13), but an actual time of
(2:17). Deadwax info is "EKM-45635-A-SP-Hello I Love You". This promo
45 also has its flip side, "Love Street" in mono.
As best as I can tell, all initial 1968 stock and promo 45 pressings were in
stereo, and included the full title. Later 1968 stock 45 pressings featured
the shorter song title, but were all also in stereo.
I will soon be shooting this mono promo 45 version out to Aaron, for him
to compare/contrast against the stereo 45 mix.
