Can someone please explain the differences between

1      Right Now (Single Mix)      4:21
2      Right Now (Edit)      4:21

on PRO-CD-5150

Thanks!

The Single Mix replaces the electric guitar solo with an organ solo that is unique to the mix.

Ironically, was doing some research on this song this
weekend. Copies of the promo CD for sale on ebay are
very expensive.

Obviously, the 'single mix' can't be recreated from the
LP version, but can the 'edit' be recreated?

Yes it can, simply by shortening the opening, which runs 1:18 on the LP.

Keep 0:00 to 0:11

Remove 0:12 to 0:20

Keep 0:20 to 0:47

Remove everything from 0:47 to 1:07
