After doing some research on my US promo CD single of this track I
discovered on discogs that the version on the promo is labeled
incorrectly as "LP Version" when it is actually the censored "A
Version." Supposedly the uncensored "A Version" appears on the
commercial CD single but after doing a lyric comparison I do not
see what is censored nor did I discover any differences. Can
anyone provide more information on this? Thanks!

I have the commercial CD single and the promo CD single. "A Version" from the stock CD and the "LP Version" from the promo CD are exactly the same, start-to-finish. I don't have the full-length CD, so I cannot say if the actual LP version is any different.
CSK 74769
1. LP Version (listed 3:57; actual 4:01)
44K 74807
1. A Version (listed & actual 4:01)
2. Band Of Gypsies Mix (listed & actual 6:12)
3. Oh Yeah Mix (listed 6:01; actual 6:00)
4. Boys Dub (listed 6:46)
5. Broken English (7" Extended Mix) (listed 4:55)

I do remember the LP version is mixed differently. I never did
notice
a difference between the promo single and the commercial
single.
In the notes section of the promo page on discogs it states the
following:
"The track is incorrectly labeled as "LP Version". It is actually the
censored "A Version" as featured in the music video. The
uncensored "A Version" appears on the commercial single."
Maybe this is just a mistake on the site?

I posted a question on the Discogs release notes page asking about
what is censored. I suppose it's possible the line about fathers and
daughters could've been censored on some pressings? I couldn't find a
music video that had any censored lyrics on this line, though.

That is the exact line I expected to be different. Interesting though
I have never heard any other "A Version" of this song. I'm pretty
sure I have an original promo VHS copy of this music video. I will
literally have to go digging.

The "A Version" is the mix you have heard. It's the hit single version, included on the music video. The LP Version is exactly what you would expect it to be, while the "A Version" is the "LP Version" remixed for its single release. There is no official "censored" version, Lucia would've probably had a heart attack.
