Promos in the US identify a 4:18 version that is labeled the album version, but the album version is 4:45. So was there an actual released edit on CD, or the 4:18 was a Primecuts thing not issued on a promo CD or any of her comps?

I searched the board, I don't think issue was ever addressed and Pat's listings show only the album version on CD.

album version with a stated time of 4:18, but runs 4:48. -

I have a question regarding this song. I have a copy
labeled 'No Rap Version' from a Columbia CSK 42813 Promo CD
single. The run time is 3:18. It's not listed in the
database.

Is anyone familiar with this version?

Yes, It's an official one appearing on a promo in the UK.

The 4:18 running time of the song though does not seem to be a legit release. Unless someone in the UK has the single and can chime in...

The CD with the No Rap Version was a commercial
release here in the UK not a promo, there were 2 CD
single releases for Heartbreaker.

The point I was trying to make was that it was on an official release and therefore an official version and on CD. My apologies if I used the word promo.
