As some of you might be aware, a digital Stevie Wonder
album called "Remixes" was released in 2019 which
includes many of his 12" versions.
I was pretty excited as many of these I need in my
collection however, I was listening to "Love Light In
Flight" this morning from this release on Spotify and
it was unfortunately clearly taken from vinyl (even to
my novice ears).
I can't speak to the other tracks as of yet as I
haven't had a chance to listen to all of them but
wanted to share the info on LLIF.

This 12" version originates from The Complete Stevie Wonder collection put out in 2005. It is, indeed, taken from vinyl, but the good news is that it appears to be the only 12" mix that isn't from the master tapes. They must not have been able to locate the tape for these mixes, but the rest have no trace of vinyl noise at all.

I remember listening to it when it got out (the digital
release) and I think I found more than one track containing
clear vinyl clicks.
I don't have time to check them all now, but just played
track 1 (Pops, We Love You 12" Disco Mix Single Version)
and first vinyl click can be heard at 15 seconds into the
track.

Hmm, I listened to it on Spotify just now and I don't hear any click at the 15-second mark at all.

"Pops, we love you" 12 inch mix was also included on Smokey
Robinson's The Solo Albums: Volume 3: Deep In My Soul / Big
Time issued by Hipo-select in 2010.

You are right. Just listened to it again. It's not a click.
My mistake.
I got confused with the sound between "this" & "lifetime"
on this clip:
