Can anyone tell me if the 45 Version of Now It's My Turn by
Berlin is an edit of the album version or a remix?

As far as I know, version 45 runs at 3:42, while the album
version runs at 4:11 and the remix runs at 4:20, the latter
you can find on the 2020 remaster edition of the Love Life
album.
Perhaps some member can give more precision and editing
points of the 45.

It's a remix and can't be edited from the album version. It
is very similar to the longer remix, but the Miranda Rights
bridge is completely removed and, as far as I can tell, the
longer remix can't be edited down to create this short mix
(because the bridge is now a vocal free instrumental).
