Absolutely no difference! They are the same.
The 12" remix gets played on the oldies radio a lot, and I hate it.!

I've never been a big fan of the 12" disco mix of "Groove Line" either. I hate that synthesizer overdub they put on it, and always have. I think the reason that version is being played on oldies radio now is because that mix is on the the most recent Heatwave compilation that was released by Sony in 1996. I definitely prefer the original 45/LP mix.

Because there are so many database "45 versions" stated for this, all running between (4:13) and (4:19), while my 45's listed time was "outside safe harbor", at (4:11), I decided to time it. My 45's actual running time is (4:16).
