although not in the db
this song was a billboard top 40 song and has the same issue as the tony! toni! tone! song "feels good"
the single issued as vision 4511 contains 2 different versions
the 45 format contains the "radio edit" version running 4:11 (the label states the run time as 4:15).....the cassingle version contains the "miami/club remix" version running 5:04....this is for all you billboard completest like me......

Now that you bring it up, Ed... I remember comparing the "radio edit" version of "I Want You" to the CD/LP version and, other than some possible EQ differences, I think they were essentially identical. Have you or anyone else ever been able to detect any mix differences between the two?

no, i haven't....and based on your expert opinion i let it go as that the 45 version and the cd version are identical.....
