One of the promo CD singles I've tried to find for several years is Keith Sweat "Twisted." We used to play this song on the air from a radio compilation disc. The insert on the disc listed the version as "Edit/No Rap."
I cannot be sure if this is the official name for the "no rap" mix, but this was the only version we played. It was not just an edit, because it had an alternate vocal where the rap part is. Instead of hearing the rap verse, we heard Keith singing "break it on down" while Kut Close was singing the background harmony.
Does anyone own or know of the existance of the actual promo CD?

Does anyone have the tracklisting for the commercial CD single? I can't find mine at the moment. Great video BTW.

I'll revive this thread to post the track listing for the commercial CD singles.
64282
1. Radio Edit
2. Album Snippets
66031
1. Album Version
2. Flavahood Sexual Remix
3. Sweat Shop Party Remix
4. Album Excerpts
5. Instrumental
6. Acapella
One more note: Tracks 2 & 3 of PRCD-9548 received heavy airplay in my area. I don't ever recall hearing track 1 on any of my area top 40 stations.

The album version's actual time is 4:29. How does the radio version with the
rap differ? Thanks!

Our radio station played the Flavahood Sexual Remix Edit (w/o rap) version. I
have the commercial cd single 66031. Anyone know the edit points to re-
create the edited version from the longer version from the commercial release?

Yes, it's simply an early fade of the full length remix. I can check the
fade points when I'm back at my computer.

Aaron, I was sitting in front of my laptop.
The fade for the edited remix begins at 3:53 on "wanna do"
at ends rather quickly at 4:01.
