Pat, I was comparing the LP versions of "Hello Again" on 'The Jazz Singer' vs. '12 Greatest Hits Vol. II'. I noticed that the pitch is a lot slower on '12 Greatest...', which is why the song clocks out to be longer. If this info about the '12 Greatest Hits...' version isn't in your database, you might want to make note of it after comparing it yourself.

It's worth mentioning that the LP version cannot be edited down to match the 7" single version due to the strings at the beginning of the album version which are not on the single version (they overlap the opening piano on the LP version).

Luckily, the 45 version is available on a couple of his
compilations.

Has the single version of "America" been released on CD (even overseas)? Like "Hello Again", I believe there's a string/orchestral intro that bleeds into the pop song, so you can't edit the intro out of the album version to get the single version.

Like everyone else, I had to paste the very beginning of
the 45 onto the rest of the digital version.
