I've come across three more CDs with Top 40 hits I don't see in the database.
The Jive Bombers' 'Bad Boy' appears on Cry-Baby - Original Soundtrack Album (MCA 8038).
The Baha Men's 'Who Let The Dogs Out' is on the soundtrack Rugrats In Paris - The Movie (Maverick 47850).
I have an Esquires CD, Get On Up, which has their two Top 40 hits 'Get On Up' and 'And Get Away'. It's on the Marietta GA based label Music Trax (9116). The CD package gives licensing information and credits Michael Ochs Archives for the cover photo, so it appears to be a legitimate release. If I recall correctly, I purchased my copy about 4-5 years ago on e-Bay from one edtop40.
I'll get the exact running times if they're needed.

It sounds electronic (rechanneled) to me.
