My commercial 45 has a listed time of (3:19), but an actual time of (3:23). Not exactly an earth-shattering difference, I know, but I support Pat's ":03 seconds or more time difference-make a note of it" parameters, and there happens to be an (:04) difference in this case.

I very much support noting those ":03 or more" time differences too, Jim. That info is very valuable for collectors like myself who want to track down DJ, 45, and LP versions on CD with the exact run times in which they were originally released!
