My commercial 45, and both the mono and stereo sides of my promo 45, all state a listed time of (2:45). All CDs in the database currently list a time of (2:55). But my commercial 45 also has an ACTUAL run time of (2:45). My promo 45 actual times are a different story, however. The mono side of my promo actually runs (2:54), and the stereo side of my promo actually runs (2:58). There is obviously different deadwax info for each of these 3 45 sides. I'm certain one of our "detectives" can quickly locate the difference between the commercial 45 and current CD versions.

Jim, here is what I have discovered--my commercial 45 or "Power Of Love" states a running time of (2:45) but runs (2:55) (matrix number SPR128-A 1123). So if your commercial 45 runs (2:45) then there are two different pressings of this record. To add to the confusion, the LP states a running time of (2:45) but actually runs (2:55) and there is no difference bewteen my vinyl 45 and vinyl LP.

Ineresting info as always, Pat. There are, in fact, two different commercial 45 pressings, because my 45 deadwax info says SPR-128A-1 (1123) #2.
