My commercial copy has a listed time of (4:50), but an actual time of (4:45). It currently says in the database that "dj copies of this 45 ran (3:35)". Based on my promo 45, that is half right. One side of my promo does have both the listed and actual (3:35) shorter length, but the other side of my promo 45 features the same (4:50) listed, (4:45) actual time version that is found on my commercial 45.
