Because database listed times for this song range from (4:20) and (4:31), I decided to time my commercial 45. It has a listed time of (4:23) and an actual time of (4:21).

I find the long CD version to be .89% slower that the 7"... in other words, squeezing it to 99.11% of its original length syncs it with my vinyl copy.
However, length is only shortened to 4:30... so it isn't just a pitch issue.

I still have a promotional 12 inch of that one on blue vinyl.
I do believe the single or radio version was a bit faster. The version I've used on air comes from one of the Varese Then 80's collections.
Wish there were more of those.
