My commercial 45 has a listed time of (3:13) and an actual time of (3:12). I only post this info because current database CDs for this song feature run times ranging from (3:05) to (3:12).

I notice most of the Top 40 hits appearing on Barry Manilow's Ultimate CD (Arista 10600) are faded a bit early. I presume the audio engineer did this as a means of trying to reduce tape hiss heard during the fadeouts.
