Here are some notes/additions to the Usher entries in the database.
"You Make Me Wanna..." is also included on My Way (Clean LP) LaFace 26046, although there is no difference between this version and the one on LaFace 26043.
"Nice & Slow" is also included on My Way (Clean LP) LaFace 26046, and censors the word "nigga" on the short rap verse (at 2:14). This is the version commonly heard on the radio (from the promo single), and I believe it is also the version featured on the two-track single. The version found on LaFace Platinum Collection is the uncensored version.
"My Way" is also featured on My Way (Clean LP) LaFace 26046, and it has censored lyrics. If I remember correctly, the video uses the censored LP version; however, this was not the hit version played on the radio. The promo single has a version called "Remix w/o J.D." which removes the annoying chatter in the background and adds some instrumentation to make the song more "pop" sounding. To my knowledge, this version has only appeared on the promo single. The closest thing to this mix that has been commercially released is the "Remix with J.D." which is on the commercial CD maxi single.
"U Don't Have To Call" - although the database does not specify, versions running (3:50) are the "Radio Edit," which is featured on the promo single and 12" single.

Aaron you mention that there are censored lyrics to "My Way". I finally found time to pull out my "clean" version of this cd and I don't hear any censored lyrics so could you point out where you hear the edits?

That's a good question, Pat. I'm going off memory on this one, because my clean cd is in Michigan. I thought Jermaine Dupri's part has some words that are blanked out, but I could be thinking of another track on the album.

The lyric sheet is enclosed with the cd and surprisingly the word "ass" is not edited from the clean version. Other than that one word, I don't see any offensive words on the lyric sheet.

Perhaps my promo single blanks out the word "ass" on the "Album Version" of the track, and that's what I was thinking of. I'll check it in a few weeks when I head to Michigan for vacation.

On a side note (because 14.5 years later I still want to know if the promo blanked out the word "ass" Aaron) of Usher, while the commercial release of DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love from 2010 has Pitbull I was able to obtain a radio edit that does not have Pitbull at all in it that is not available on CD but was clearly played because I heard it and searched for it for a long time.
With that in mind does anyone in radio know which got more airplay, the one with Pitbull or the one without? Just curious....

Rich, my copy from TM PrimeCuts includes Pitbull. That
said, TM did issue an Usher only version but I don't have
either disc that it was on.

My copy of "My Way" from Top Hits U.S.A. is the remix
radio version with no Jermaine Dupri that Aaron referenced
above.
